Nomad Adventure Therapy is the brainchild of Loz Moore. Loz served in the Mercian Regiment of the British Army for over 12 years. He left active service after being diagnosed with PTSD. Loz has a story that many PTSD sufferers and their loved ones will identify with.
His story is not unique, it is more common than people would like to admit. Many people associate PTSD with combat as this has had the most media coverage but it can occur in many ways, whether as the result of witnessing a car crash or following the break-up of a painful relationship.
Loz tried a number of different therapies with limited success so decided to figure out how to heal himself. The resulting journey saw him strip his life away to the bare bones and start fresh. He is now in a position where he can share his methods with others, knowing that if it worked for him, it can work for others and has become a well-known wellness coach as a result.
The 3 Steps 2 Freedom process we created is a bespoke and holistic approach to self-improvement and wellness which allows both groups and individuals fulfil their potential. The modules are:
Love and Relationships
Health and Fitness
Money and Finance
Career and Life Purpose
We use them as our framework to help ourselves and now use them to help others. It doesn’t matter who you are, this unique process works. Using our certified coaches we are confident that we are the best on-line wellness coach.
